All transactions take place over a secure SSL data encrypted connection noted by the closed padlock in your browser and "green" URL bar when you proceed to checkout.

For your security, your billing name and address must be an exact match to the billing name and address on file with your credit card issuing bank. Any order that does not meet this criteria will be declined.

SALES TAX

Colorado State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on all items shipped to Colorado. No tax will be charged to orders shipping to all other states and countries.

Tax applies to the total sales amount and applicable shipping and handling fees less discounts.

DISCOUNTS

If you have an eligible promo/coupon code, you may enter and apply it during checkout underneath the shipping selection. Any other sales or markdowns will be applied automatically.

Codes must be entered exactly as they appear.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise dollar amount of your order before any deductions. All Charges are calculated before taxes.  All shipments are sent via Federal Express Air services and will have tracking #’s.  Packages cannot be shipped to Post Office Boxes. 

 *INTERNATIONAL BUYERS*

 Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

 Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying

Based on the item(s) in your order and your shipping address, certain shipping methods will be made available to you at checkout. Orders are shipped from the Denver Mint on Monday’s and Wednesdays (excluding observed Federal Holidays).  For Overnight or other inquiries, please contact the Mint Gift Shop at 303-572-9500.

FedEx Express Saver: Residential delivery in three business days to the contiguous U.S. Additional delivery days needed for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii.

FedEx 2Day: Delivery in 2 business days to most areas in the contiguous U.S.; Additional delivery days needed for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Please feel free to return any unopened or untouched item, within 7 days of receipt, for a prompt exchange or refund.

If you are returning an unopened or untouched item, please send an email to CoinSouvenirs@aramark.com or call the Gift Shop at 303-572-9500 to make arrangements to return or exchange the item.  .

If you have received an item that is damaged or defective, please send an email to CoinSouvenirs@aramark.com or call the Gift Shop at 303-572-9500 so we can make special arrangements to accept your return or exchange.

When arranging for a return or exchange, please provide the order name, order date and item information to the Gift Shop.
